1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Worn or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items without tags
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
2. Exchange Policy
- We offer size or design exchanges (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Customers may need to pay return shipping charges for exchanges.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
