  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (within Pakistan)
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order value.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure your contact number is active for order confirmation.
  • Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier service’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Incorrect shipping information

Zann Taj Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (You can update this if you expand globally.)

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with proof (photos).
  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
